Report shows petitioner had posted obscene photographs of the victim on a social messaging platform which was accessible to members of a group. Victim's husband was a member of the group and saw the objectionable photographs. The aforesaid facts disclose intention of the petitioner to blackmail the victim and compel her to sexual intercourse. In view of the nature of offence and the incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
