Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he was released on bail on 14.01.2025.

The present conditions imposed are creating hardship for him.

Learned advocate for the State on the other hand submits a report which reflects that the examination of the first witness is still continuing.

There are 38 witnesses to be examined. Petitioner is a permanent resident of Bihar as is reflected from the records. Petitioner will ordinarily not leave the city of Calcutta. But if there is any urgency petitioner will apply before the learned Trial Court detailing the reasons of the period.

Petitioner will take permission from the learned Trial Court detailing the reasons and the period.

Learned Trial Court will consider such application and exercise its discretion in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
