1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Quantity of Ganja recovered is intermediate. Petitioner is in custody for 95 days.

3. Accordingly we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, we direct the petitioner namely, Joydeb Pramanik @ Jaydab Pramanik @ Joydeb Pramanick @ Jaydeb Pramanik @ Joydab Pramanik shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court (under NDPS Act), Barasat, North 24-Parganas subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each and every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever or commit similar offences in future.

5. In the event petitioner fails to adhere to any of the conditions stipulated above without any justifiable cause, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.
