The subject-matter of the revisional application relates to continuation of Amta P.S. Case No. 248 dt. 10.9.2021.

I find that the petitioner approached this court at the stage when charge was framed and date was fixed for evidence.

However, no documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c. have been enclosed, although the issue relating the charge has been challenged.

Having considered the manner in which the ld. Trial court applied its mind for framing of charges, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4702 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
