Supplementary affidavit has been filed by the petitioner enclosing documents relevant to the present case.

Copy be served upon the learned counsel for the P.F.

authorities and the private respondents/Statesman.

A report dated 29.01.2025 has been placed before this Court by the P.F. Authorities in respect of the writ application.

A copy of the same be served by the learned counsel for the Statesman and also the petitioner. It has been noted by the authorities that certain necessary details in respect of the accounts of the petitioner is not available with them and as such they are unable to proceed with the case.

Considering the said facts the present writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondents/Stateman shall consider the claim of the petitioner herein on the basis of the documents which is already with them with liberty granted to the petitioner to provide all the relevant documents to the respondent/Stateman to ensure the due payment of the petitioner.

Let the matter be decided by the respondent/Stateman within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order. The said order shall be passed on hearing the parties concerned and on passing a reasoned order. The same shall be disposed of in accordance with law and the dues as adjudicated shall be paid to the petitioner concerned without any delay by the respondents/Statesman as it is an exempted establishment.

The respondent/P.F. Authorities are directed to ensure that the order of this Court is strictly complied with.

WPA 28748 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, being given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
