However, she says that there is an error in the cause title of the appeal papers. The appellant is Pradip Chakraborty and not Prabir Kumar Chakraborty. Indeed, it appears from the cause title of the impugned order that the name of the appellant/writ petitioner is Pradip Chakraborty.
