Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for bail as the petitioner is similarly situated as other accused person who has been granted bail in connection with the instant case. Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail but submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (M) 2591 of 2025. Having considered the submissions of the rival parties, I am of the view that the petitioner be released on bail on such terms conditions as the learned Sessions Court/Trial Court deems fit and proper to ensure appearance of the petitioner in future dates of the trial Court. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 2720 of 2025 is allowed.
