In view of the innocuous prayer of the writ petitioner made in the present petition seeking direction upon the respondent no.4 to accept his application in Statutory Form No.

I for modification of the route along with the statutory fees therefor, let this writ petition be disposed of with the direction upon respondent no. 4 to accept the petitioner's prayer for modification of the route vide his application in Statutory Form No. I along with the requisite fees therefor.

Let the respondent no. 2 consider the said application and decide thereupon within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order and pass a reasoned order in case the prayer of the petitioner is declined by the said authority. In that case, copy of its order

should be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

In view of the process, the respondent no. 2 shall make effort to afford reasonable and adequate opportunity to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
