1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioners participated in the 2nd SLST-2025 in respect of classes- 'IX' & 'X'.

3. Submission is that the answers published by the Commission in the preliminary model answer key are incorrect.

4. It appears that the Rules relying on which the examination is being conducted permits the candidates to file objection/suggestion after publication of the preliminary answer key.

5. The petitioners in the instant case have not filed any objection within the stipulated time period.

6. Prayer has been made to direct the Commission to revisit the answers relying on the several study materials annexed to the writ petition by the petitioners.

7. The Court is not inclined to accept the prayer of the petitioners since none of the petitioners filed their objection/suggestion within the stipulated time period. Had the petitioners been genuinely aggrieved by the answers mentioned in the preliminary answer key, they ought to have raised objection within the stipulated time period.

8. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
