Petitioner before us apparently assaulted his mother. Injured statement along with the injury report of such injured corroborate the incidents spoken of by the injured. Injured suffered injuries on the right parietal region. Enlarging the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the present case, on anticipatory bail, is likely to send a wrong signal to the society.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5472 of 2023 is dismissed.
