Learned counsel for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, hands over a server copy of an order dated July 31, 2024 in FMA 507 of 2024, appearing with CAN 1 of 2024, where the Division Bench taking up the appeal against the parent order observed that till the appeal is heard and disposed of, the contempt proceedings shall remain stayed.

In such view of the matter, the contempt application is adjourned sine die with liberty to the parties to mention for inclusion in the list as and when the appeal is finally disposed of.
