JM, 3rd Court, Bankura in Maintenance Case being M No. 143 of 2023.

Ld. advocate submits that the petitioner is a day labourer and the present quantum of maintenance is creating difficulty for him.

Having considered the quantum which has been awarded, I am of the view that no interference can be made in respect of such meagre amount being awarded as maintenance. If there are altered circumstances, in that case, the petitioner would bring it to the notice of the ld. JM, 3rd Court, Bankura invoking the statutory provisions. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4700 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
