1. Appeal is at the behest of the private respondent and directed against the order dated April 25, 2023, passed in WPA 16599 of 2022.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that, the writ petition was in respect of L.R. Plot No.2771 and not L.R. Plot No.2770.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the authorities acted in terms of an order dated April 25, 2023 passed in the writ petition and passed an order dated December 4, 2024. He submits that, appellant is aware of such order. In any event, he makes over a photocopy of the order to learned advocate appearing for the appellant in Court.

4. We find from the order impugned before us that, directions in respect of L.R. Plot No.2770 were given by the learned Single Judge. Authorities acted in Signed By :

terms of such order and passed a reasoned order which was communicated by a writing dated December 4, 2024.

5. A copy of such order of the authorities including writing dated December 4, 2024 was made over in Court to the learned advocate appearing for the appellant.

6. In view of the authorities acting in terms of the order dated April 25, 2023 passed in WPA 16599 of 2022, we find no ground to interfere with the present appeal.
