Petitioner submits dispute is civil in nature and coaccused viz., Jharna Mondal @ Jharna Mand has been enlarged on bail. Accordingly, he prays for similar relief. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State produces the Case Diary. 3.

Learned Advocate for the de-facto complainant submits petitioner and Jharna had colluded with one another and induced his client to part with Rs.3,80,000/- along with gold ornaments.

We have considered the materials on record. Profile of the allegations show a loan transaction between the parties. Investigation is complete and co-accused viz., Jharna Mondal @ Jharna Mand has been granted anticipatory bail. De-facto complainant contends steps are being taken to prefer application for further investigation.

Be that as it may, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation for progress of further investigation, if any, is not necessary and petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail subject to conditions.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Bikash Mondal be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS and on further condition petitioner while on bail shall report to the Officer-in-charge, Tala Police Station once in a week until further orders. He shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. 7.
