2. Petitioner is in custody for in excess of 1 (one) year and 10 (ten) months. Out of 15 prosecution witnesses, only six were examined.

3. Schedule for witness evidence on behalf of the prosecution stands fixed by the learned trial judge.

4. Petitioner stands implicated in murder.

5. Period of detention and the materials placed on record do not make it desirable to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage.

6. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

7. CRM (DB) 4120 of 2024 is disposed of.
