This is an application for recalling of the order dated 16th June, 2025, whereby and where-under WPA 27452 of 2023 was dismissed for default.

On perusal of the petition under consideration and after hearing the learned counsels of the contending parties this Court is satisfied that the writ petitioner has assigned explanation for sufficient non-appearance of his learned advocate before this Court on 16th June, 2025 when the WPA 27452 of 2023 was called for.

Accordingly, prayer is allowed.

Consequently, WPA 27452 of 2023 is restored to its original file and number.

With the aforesaid observation being, IA No. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of..

It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that it is wrongly listed before this Court since it is not within determination of this Court. 7.

In view of such, the instant case is released from this Court. 8.

Filed be send down to the department forthwith. 9.

Liberty is given to the learned advocate on record for the writ petitioner to correct the presentation form.
