We have considered the materials on record. Trial is at is fagend. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who has been enlarged on bail. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
The application for bail is thus rejected.
Trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
