1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. It appears that apart from the statements of the coaccused implicating the present petitioner, there are CDR analysis showing that the petitioner was in touch with the principal accused in this case at the relevant time. It is further alleged that the petitioner, along with others, had abducted the victim.

4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary including the call detailed records, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
