Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that the contemnor has already complied with the direction passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 13th January 2026 and as such, the personal appearance of the alleged contemnor may be dispensed with for time being. He also prays for leave to file response to the application filed in connection with the contempt petition.

Ms. Sen, learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party in CAN 1 of 2025 arising out of CO 4145 of 2024 and submits that the opposite party in CAN 1 of 2025 is interested to use a response to such application.

Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the parties, let affidavit in opposition to the above applications be filed by the respective opposite

parties within a week from date. Reply, if any, thereto be filed within a week thereafter.

As prayed for by Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the contemnor, let the personal appearance of the contemnor be dispensed with for the time being on the undertaking of the contemnor who is present in Court that the contemnor will appear before this Court as and when directed.
