The present application for cancellation of bail agaist the anticipatory bail was filed in connection with Bhagwanpore Police Station Case No. 28 of 2007 dated 01.07.2007. Record reflects that the bail was granted on 29.08.2007 14.09.2007 passed by the learned A.C.J.M, Contai. Mr. Abhra Mukhejee, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to appear in this matter. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course.

Having regard to the period of time which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the present application for cancellation of bail being CRM 13259 of 2007 is dismissed.
