Petitioners before us stand implicated in such incident of assault.

Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5481 of 2023 is disposed of.
