Eyewitnesses recorded statements under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code placed the other petitioners at the place of occurrence of the murder and ascribed role to them. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners .

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5482 of 2023 is disposed of.
