This writ petition appears under the heading "To Be Mentioned" today at the instance of the Court since an apparent typographical mistake is there on the face of the order passed by this Court on December 13, 2024. The date of the order should be corrected and read as December 13, 2024 instead of November 13, 2024. The above correction is directed to be incorporated accordingly.

The rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.
