The attention of this Court is drawn by both the Learned Counsel to the order dated 8th August, 2017 in the writ petition, being WP 28140(W) of 2016. This Court is informed that the order was passed by the Hon'ble Single Bench sitting in Group-I (Land) jurisdiction which is no longer available due to

retirement of the Hon'ble Judge.

It is, therefore, submitted that the Contempt Application ought to be now proceeded with before the appropriate Hon'ble Single Bench holding Group-I (Land) determination.

There is substance in the above submission.

Accordingly, CPAN 591 of 2018 stands released from this Bench.

Parties are at liberty to take steps strictly upon notice to each other.

All parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
