1. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners. Even on the earlier occasion, petitioners were unrepresented.

2. This case pertains to the year 2017. The revisional application has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the proceeding being G.R. Case No.1055 of 2013 arising out of FIR No. 633 of 2013 dated 05.07.2013, P.S.

Balurghat under Sections 363/366A/368/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Charge sheet being charge sheet No. 474 of 2013 dated 31.08.2013 under Sections 363/366A/368/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code has already been submitted.

3. In spite of giving several opportunities, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners. It seems petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the matter.

4. Accordingly, CRR 3987 of 2017 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below for due compliance.
