So far as the contention of the petitioner that interest for the period between 1993 and 2000 has not been paid, I am not inclined to go into that issue any further in this contempt jurisdiction as the entire principal sum and a substantial amount have been paid

on account of interest and record substantial compliance of the order under contempt.

The contempt application stands disposed of recording substantial compliance of the order under contempt.
