1. None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

2. The learned State counsel, Mr. Partha Pratim Das was requested by the earlier order dated 17.06.2025 to go through the record and to assist this Court for disposal of the instant matter.

3. It appears form the record, the F.I.R was lodged in connection with relevant case on 25.03.2015 and the present petitioners have filed the instant revisional application for quashing of the F.I.R under Sections 406/420 of IPC on 23.11.2015. Almost a decade has passed away but there was no persuasion on the part of the petitioners to place the matter and as such without going to the merit of the case, this Court is constrained to dismiss the instant proceedings for default.

4. Accordingly, CRR 3837 of 2015 is disposed of.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
