The written instructions indicate that construction of PHE water tank is being made on Government land. The land of the petitioner has been demarcated by the concerned authority.

In view of the above, the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the writ petition any further.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 28601 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
