1. None appears for the petitioners.

2. By its earlier order, this Court is requested Mr. Partha Pratim Das, learned counsel for the State to go through the record and to assist this Court for disposal of the instant matter.

3. It appears from the materials on record and also submission from the learned counsel for the State that the petitioners have filed this revisional application for quashing of proceeding being G.R. Case No. 1699 of 2009 arising out of Titagarh police station Case No.191 of 2009, alleging commission of offence punishable under Sections 498A/323/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas. The instant revisional application has been filed in the year 2015, but during this long period, there was in fact no persuasion from the side of the petitioners to proceed with the instant matter.

4. It appears that the revisionists are not willing to proceed with the instant matter.

5. Accordingly, CRR 3841 of 2015 along with application being CRAN 1113/2016 are dismissed for default.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
