The petitioner seeks compassionate appointment in the Municipality.

The petitioner is unable to produce any scheme pursuant to which the compassionate appointment may be granted by the Municipality. In the absence of a scheme there is hardly any scope to consider the prayer of the petitioner for providing compassionate appointment.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner in the instant case.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously, on compliance of usual legal formalities.
