Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent Managing Director, West Bengal Co-operative Milk Producer's Federation Limited/respondent no.2 in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31st August, 2022 and further reminder dated 30th September, 2022 being Annexures P-11 and P-12 to the writ petition, for compassionate appointment.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as appears from record, this writ petition being WPA 28605 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with law and to pass a reasoned and speaking order after

giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives and particularly by taking into consideration his own observation and opinion in his order dated 10th August, 2022, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 28605 of 2022 is disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
