It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 07.04.2026 passed by this Court. At the heading of the order sheet the case number should actually be <CRR 4204 of 2007=, instead of <CRR 4024 of 2007=. The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 07.04.2026 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
