Arafin, ...for the respondent no.9 The learned Advocate for the petitioner alleges that Saraitikar Gram Panchayat has extended the benefit of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in favour of respondent no. 9 for the construction of a residential house on R.S. Plot No. 625, L.R. Plot No. 1135, Khatian No. 9628, Mouza Bahirsarbamangla, J.L. No. 42, Police Station Burdwan, District Purba Burdwan. The petitioner claims ownership of the said plot of land.

The private respondent, however, submits that no such benefit has been granted in favour of respondent no. 9 by the concerned Panchayat in respect of the said plot.

These disputed factual questions do not require adjudication by this Court at this stage. It is,

however, noted that the petitioner has made a representation before the Pradhan, Saraitikar Gram Panchayat, dated July 18, 2026, which appears at page 32 of the writ petition.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 28567 of 2025 is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 4, the Pradhan of Saraitikar Gram Panchayat, to consider the representation after hearing both the petitioner and respondent no. 9 within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order, and to pass a reasoned order thereon.
