On behalf of the respondent WBSEDCL, it is submitted that if any application is made to them, the same would be duly considered in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 28662 of 2025 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application raising their grievance with the respondent WBSEDCL.

If such representation or grievance is filed, the concerned Grievance Redressal Officer is directed to consider and dispose of the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided in accordance with law.

Since no Affidavit in Opposition has been filed the allegations contained in the petition are not admitted.
