Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, despite the petitioner's application, no steps have been taken by the respondents.

There is no justification to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, WPA 28579 of 2025 is disposed of with a direction upon the Block Development Officer, Narayangarh Belda, Narayangarh, Paschim Medinipore, being respondent no. 3, to consider the representation of the petitioner appearing at page 28 of the writ petition dated February 24, 2025, in accordance

with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order. ( Kausik Chanda, J.)
