Khan Mr. Ashok Das ....for the State The 6th petitioner (Nashir @ Nasir Hossain) stands arrested and as such CRM(A) 6020 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous so far as the 6th petitioner is concerned. The police case is of September 23, 2020. There is an issue of absconsion of the petitioners.

The Court is informed that process of declaring other petitioners as proclaimed offenders were initiated. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 1 (Taiob @ Toiab @ Taiyab Ali), 2 (Md. Mostafa Hossain @ Mostafa), 3 (Md. Golab @ Golab Hossain @ Golab), 4 (Md. Khalilur Rahaman @ Khalil) and 5 (Md. Abdul Lahil Baki @ Abdul Lahil Baki).

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos. 1 to 5 is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 6020 of 2022 is dismissed.
