Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are the relations of the principal accused. Victim has already been recovered. In view of the aforesaid fact and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the crime we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall Signed By :
