The petitioners complain of inaction on the part of the police in taking steps in response to the complaint of forgery filed before the police station in November 2023. Detailed complaint filed by the petitioners is annexed at pages 81 and 82 of the writ petition.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents is yet to receive any instruction from the Bhabanipur Police Station.

None represents the private respondents.

The Officer-in-Charge, Bhabanipur Police Station is directed to take steps in accordance with law in response to the complaint lodged by the petitioners in the month of November 2023.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the complaint dated 18th November, 2023 to the aforesaid

respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
