Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in May, 2023. It is alleged that he had taken objectionable pictures and blackmailed the victim by uploading them on social media. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial Court is requested to examine the victim at the earliest.

Parties shall communicate this order to the Trial Court for due compliance.
