The petitioners say that they are in custody for one year and 23 days. There is inadequate progress in the trial. The charge sheet was filed without the chemical report. They pray for bail. 2.

Learned State Advocate shows us the charge sheet from the case diary. The chemical report was filed with the charge sheet. There was no defect in the charge sheet. Charge has been framed. Witness action has begun.

Commercial quantity of phensedyl syrup (27000 bottles) containing codeine phosphate being involved, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail, at this stage. 4.

CRM (NDPS) 1927 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
