It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that as the petitioner is no more being represented in these cases, they have been served directly. It appears from the track report that service has been effected. Let the track report be kept with the record.

In spite of proper service none appears for the petitioners on call.

CO 4149 of 2024 has been preferred being aggrieved by an order passed in Misc. Appeal No. 90 of 2020 wherein the Court was pleased to affirm the order of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Barasat dated 27.11.2020.

The said order dated 27.11.2020 is an order of injunction passed on contested hearing and the same was affirmed by the appellate Court.

C.O. 4150 of 2024 has been preferred challenging an order allowing police help to implement the order of injunction 7.

Considering the nature of the revisions and the conduct of the petitioners herein, both the revisions stand dismissed for default and disposed of. 8.

The trial Court to proceed expeditiously with the suit.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.
