1. Pursuant to the order dated 27th January, 2026 it is submitted on behalf of the WBSEDCL that a misleading and distorted picture is repeatedly given by the petitioner inasmuch as that all necessary formalities including construction of a meter room, boring and construction of a pump house have taken place at the subject premises.

2. By an order dated 27th January, 2026 a direction was passed on the WBSEDCL to carry out a further inspection.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the WBSEDCL that no construction of either the meter room, boring or pump house has taken place and the petitioner is deliberately giving a misleading picture to Court.

4. In view of the above, WPA/28547/2025 stands dismissed.

5. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek a fresh connection in accordance with law after compliance with all formalities.
