Pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Malda has passed an order vide memo dated 15th March, 2022 on updation of service book of the petitioner in view of transfer of the petitioner from the said Madrasah to another school within the same district. There is another issue relates to sanction of 54 days leave with pay. In terms of the decision taken by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Malda as contained in memo dated 15th March, 2022 the said Madrasah authority has already taken decision to sanction such leave of 54 days as paid medical leave and relevant papers with regard to such sanction of leave has already been forwarded to the

office of the concerned District Inspector of Schools vide letter dated 8th April, 2022.

In view of such decision taken by the said Madrasah authority the issue involved in the writ petition as well as in the connected application stands resolved. No further order need be passed on this application as well as writ petition save and except directing the concerned respondent authorities to release Rs. 51766/- to the petitioner forthwith based on the documents forwarded by the said Madrasah authority to the office of the concerned District Inspector of Schools.

Accordingly, the writ petition and the connected application being CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. CAN 5657 of 2019) stand disposed of.

The letter of the Head Master of the said Madrasah dated 8th April, 2022 is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
