The records of the case reflect that the information which was furnished to the police authorities was in the year 2014. Thereafter, very recently in the month of September, 2024, a reminder has been issued.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

The report reflects that the police authorities have been keeping a strict vigil so far as the issue relating to law and order is concerned as also necessary proceedings have been drawn up on or about October, under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

Learned advocate for the private respondent(s) is represented and opposes the contention advanced on behalf of the petitioner.

Having considered that the issue complained of had its genesis in the year 2014, I direct that, in case, the petitioner approaches the learned Civil Court with appropriate prayer(s) and the learned Civil Court is pleased to pass any direction(s) for police assistance and/or police protection, under such circumstances, the

police authorities would be bound by the order passed by the learned Civil Court.

In the meantime, the police authorities would continue to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place at the locale as also no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent(s).

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28857 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the private respondent(s).
