The District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Purba Medinipur, the respondent no.4 herein, in compliance with the direction dated December 10, 2024, had calculated the amount required to be refunded by the petitioner to get the benefit of family pension and had communicated the same to the petitioner vide letter dated January 06, 2025; in pursuance thereof, the petitioner, under T.R. Form No.7 dated January 13, 2025, has deposited the said amount with the concerned treasury.

Copy of the said letter and the copy of the said T.R. Form No.7 are filed by Mr. Mitra, learned advocate for the petitioner; let those documents be kept with the record.

The respondent no.4 is directed to prepare the pension papers of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date of communication of this order and shall forward the same to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no.3 herein; the said

respondent, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the said pension papers, shall take forward steps for issuance of necessary Pension Payment Order in favour of the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law.

WPA 28871 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
