Petitioner complains against the private respondent nos. 8 to 10.

From the cause title it reflects that petitioner is the son of respondent no. 8.

The dispute is absolutely private and personal in nature.

I have considered the contentions of the petitioner which relates to a proceedings under section 144(2) Cr.P.C. which was presented in the

month of February, 2024 being Misc. Case No. 151 of 2024.

This court is not the executing court of any order passed by the learned executive magistrate. If the petitioner was aggrieved by non-compliance of the executive magistrate orders, it should have approached the concerned executive magistrate. However from the nature of the accusations, I find both the petitioner, his brother and father are at loggerhead. That being so if the situation so demands the Officer-in-Charge, Digha Police Station will ensure that no untoward incident crops up because of the inimical relationship presently existing.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 28855 of 2024 is disposed of.
