Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though their land has been acquired by the State respondents long back, a deplorable amount has been assessed as compensation for the same. The petitioners submitted several representations in this regard before concerned authority which are yet to be considered. The petitioners pray for a direction upon the authority to consider the said representations at the earliest. Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition being WPA 28645 of 2022 is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the

petitioners within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested persons including the petitioners and the respondents, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioners within a week thereof. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
