Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. Date had been fixed for examination of the vulnerable victim on 6th March, 2023. Due to holiday, she was not examined.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court shall take immediate steps for examination of the victim at the earliest and to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
