This is an application wherein the petitioner has prayed for relaxation of condition of bail imposed by this court vide order dated 21st January, 2025.

It appears from the report that the petitioner has more or less complied the condition imposed by this court vide order dated 21st January, 2025.

Having heard learned counsel for both the parties, let the bail order passed by this court vide order dated 21st January, 2025 is hereby modified as follows:- "the Petitioner shall report to the Officer-in-charge, Howrah Police Station once in a month in place of once in a week until further order and he shall not leave the jurisdiction of Howrah and South 24 parganas until further order".

The order dated 21st January, 2025 is modified to that extent only. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
