1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. 2 kgs of heroin was recovered from co-accused. Involvement of the petitioner has transpired during investigation. He has criminal antecedents. Petitioner had avoided interrogation during investigation. There is possibility of unraveling incriminating evidence leading to further recoveries, in the event petitioner is subjected to custodial interrogation during further investigation.

3. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
